Julian Alexander is a trusted GUILD and CHLMS-certified Malibu realtor with more than five years of experience under his belt. You might recognize him as “Malibu Ken” from the Andy Cohen-hosted reality series Love Connection! Nowadays, Julian is better-known as the “Coastal Cowboy” for the exceptional, white-glove service that he provides to his clients, regularly cultivating personal partnerships that last long after completing the deal.
An adventurous soul with a cowboy mentality (come hell or high water, the job will get done!), Julian appreciates the many natural splendors Malibu has to offer - you can probably catch him running, surfing or cycling around town. His local knowledge stems from days actively spent canvassing neighborhoods, volunteering for beach cleanups, and supporting local businesses.
